Returns & Refunds

All Ninth Hr pieces are released as part of limited pre-order capsules. Each item is produced in small quantities and not mass manufactured.

Because of this, we do not offer exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition with tags

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and sent back promptly.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer size exchanges due to the limited nature of each capsule.

  • We recommend reviewing sizing carefully before purchasing.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • worn or used items

  • items without original packaging or tags

  • gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
